I am not hard to please, I placed the order on Thursday for next day delivery. Despite being less than 1 mile away, Flower Power was unable to deliver the order on time. They then let me know that they will be able to deliver to my house on Saturday; despite the fact that my house is only a few miles away on Donner Lake (and maps on google maps just fine), still no flowers. After calling a few times on Sat and Sunday, a birthday went by without any flowers. Looking back, I should have contacted another florist; guess I was being an optimist and assumed they would follow through with what they said or would at least give me a call to let me know that they gave up. I called back on Monday and while this is not the end of the world, I could not get a direct answer. I asked to speak to the manager, I heard a girl let her manager know that I wanted to speak with someone else, the manager then informs the girl that she is "not here". OK...reliability=0 stars, customer service and follow up=0 Stars. Very disappointed
