After being a good tenant for more than two years, I go to my unit and my lock is gone and the door is open 6 inches. When I open the door all my stuff has been gone through and I am missing items. I talk to the operators and they swear no one has triggered the alarm and there is no record of my unit being open. No one went to my unit and checked things out. There's a hand print in the dust where the robbers climbed up my boxes. Bottom line these people don't care. They claimed there are alarms and records and video, but they haven't got a record of someone entering my unit. I have filed a police report and the police haven't even gone to the unit.
