I was involved in a rear end collision. Shepherd's Auto Body in Truckee was very helpful during the entire repair process. He took care of everything from the estimate, dealing with the insurance company and getting the parts. I would recommend their services to anyone in the Truckee area.

After being T-boned, I had my truck towed to Shepards, trusting the T.V. commercial. They explained how the repair would be done and assured me they would take care of everything. After the job was "FINISHED", I asked about the tires. 4x4's can't run on multiple size tires. They acted all stupid like I don't know what I'm talking about. I used to manage a tire sales and installation warehouse in SoCal in the past. I HAD TO FIGHT INSURANCE AND THEN DRIVE TO RENO MYSELF TO GET A SECOND TIRE! They didn't even try to get my truck the tires it needed. The front tires were a little smaller than the rears since they weren't new. I called them the day I drove the truck home and told them the truck pulls left. Again, he played dumb, saying,"We didn't have an alignment order". WHAT??? The frame had to be straightened, but, they didn't think it needed an alignment? Now, a year later, my 4x4 transmission needs work from driving two pairs of different size tires, and I have to purchase FOUR NEW TIRES!! All because shepards didn't do their job!! I wonder how they like me now!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE THAT ACTUALLY KNOWS HOW TO DO THE WHOLE JOB! ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH!!!
